We are looking for an energetic, self-starter for our Director of Finance role. This individual must have a minimum of 5 years accounting experience in areas such as financial accounting, internal controls, general ledger posting, reporting and analysis for the Church’s and pre-school operations. Other duties include monthly close, payroll administration, reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, preparing Fund activity, donor statements, etc. Knowledge of Realm is a plus. Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred as well as functional experience with Quick Books.

You get to interface with our congregation on matters of finance so confidentiality is a must. If you have worked with another church or non-profit, that’s a plus! Work hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm with Fridays off! You will need to attend a couple of meetings a month in the evening to report on finances.
